My Fat Loss Journey

My goal over the last few years has been to improve my health and wellbeing, to enjoy my older years.

I knew the main issue I had was my weight. I needed to lose 18 kilos and keep it off, to become fitter at the same time. My weight had to be addressed first, I knew the fitness would follow.

I know the issues of being overweight, causing high incidents of diabetes, heart problems and other health problems.

I work from home while minding my daughters children at least two days a week. This involves supervising their home school program. I also bake for my son's busy Cafe and Catering business. I love being in the positon to be able to help out. The flexibility to spend time on my On-line educating role in Health and Internet Marketing is a bonus.

Over the years I have tried many weight loss programs with some degree of success. The failure for me has been to keep the weight off. It slowly creeps back on over time.

However I am delighted to come across a plan to help me achieve my goal and keep me at that goal.

I am very impressed, not just with my own results but friends who are on the same plan. We are videoing our efforts to keep a track record off our success. I will post it when completed.
